Featured in this listing is an antique set of 4 primitive bentwood pantry boxes. Three of them look to be part of the same original set; it’s unclear if the fourth, smaller box was added later or part of the set. A makers mark is present on the lid of the largest pantry box. The largest box also features a wooden bail handle. The three largest pantry boxes are in excellent condition given their age. The smallest has a visible crack as highlighted in the photos. I have rarely seen a full set of nesting bentwood boxes in such good shape. All 4 boxes have been conditioned with a food grade board conditioner to rehydrate the wood.
Large box: 12 inches in diameter, 6 inches tall. Medium Box: 9 inches in diameter, 4 inches tall. Small Box: 6 inches in diameter, 2.75 inches tall. Extra-Small Box: 4.5 inches in diameter, 2 inches tall.
